Claims Supply Chain Competition 2024

NFU Mutual Announces 2nd Claims Supply Chain Competition for 2024

Following the success of last year’s competition, NFU Mutual are proud to announce the launch of our 2nd Claims Supply Chain Competition. This will be open to our entire claims supply chain and the focus will be on your proudest moments of 2024.

Please note - the highest scoring entries will be those that demonstrate a clear link/ benefit to NFU Mutual. Last year, there were a number of submissions that, whilst credible in their own right, focussed more on work completed with our peer group, rather than NFU Mutual.

This year we are adding a fourth category of ‘Environmental, Social and Governance’ (ESG). The four categories to enter are therefore:

1. Claims Initiative of the Year Award

The judges will be looking for a company that has demonstrated an innovation or process improvement that has:

  • Improved the NFU Mutual customer journey and/ or
  • Allowed for greater control of NFU Mutual claims cost and/ or
  • Developed engagement of staff and business performance

2. The Outstanding Customer Service Award

The judges will be looking for a company that has gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service on a particular NFU Mutual claim or claims.

3. Individual Achievement Award

The judges will be looking for an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the success of their business.

4. The Environmental, Social and Governance Award

The judges will be looking for a company that has demonstrated excellence within the field of ESG and is considered a true market leader in their particular industry.
