The only delay was on the part of the manufacturer as the glass had to be specially made to order, and scaffolding erected to re-fit the new pane.”

The second claim arose when Storm Oscar destroyed a brand new, specially commissioned greenhouse. Once more, the process was dealt with efficiently, and the claim covered both the replacement of the greenhouse as well as the removal of the original one.
