Agency Giving Fund 2022 Beverley & Holderness

The Beverley & Holderness agency is proud to have nominated local charities Real Aid and Abbie’s Fund, to receive a donation of £3189.50 each from the national £1.92 million ‘NFU Mutual Agency Giving Fund’.

To ensure the nations reach all corners of the UK and are directed where they’re needed most, all NFU Mutual’s Agents, with offices nationwide, have been given the opportunity to nominate local charities to receive a share of the fund. During these challenging and uncertain times, the funds will deliver vital support to each charity.

The Beverley & Holderness agency nominated Real Aid and Abbie’s Fund to receive this support, to help deliver their important work.

Firstly, this donation has allowed Real Aid to secure aid provision for local families this Winter who will be making decisions between heating and eating. This money will be used to supply food, warm clothes and bedding to those who need it this Winter. It will also help to the improve the quality of families and children’s lives providing a stable platform to pursue education and employment.

Secondly, this donation will make a huge difference to Abbie’s Fund as the demands on the services they provide to bereaved families continues to increase. Everything they do to support the local community is made possible by the support of the community from the donations and fundraising events they undertake.
