When you registered for your online account, we automatically switched you to paperless for the policies you are able to manage online. There are lots of benefits to going paperless, including:
- Reduced environmental impact: Choosing to go paperless reduces paper waste, saves trees and is better for the environment.
- Convenience: Going paperless also means you have quick and easy access to your documents anytime, anywhere.
- Security: Digital documents are often more secure, protected by passwords, encryption, and backup systems, reducing the risk of loss, theft, or damage.
- Organisation: Digital files are easier to store, search and manage, making it simpler to keep track of important information.
However, if you prefer to receive paper copies, you can easily switch back to paper documents at any time. You can do this in the Preferences area of your online account, or ask an NFU Mutual representative to do it for you.
