Group Digital - Request for Support

About the request process

The Group Digital team have taken on board feedback from our previous form, and produced this new streamlined briefing form to collate all requests for support.

As a team we now work in sprints of four weeks, aligning to our 2023 roadmaps and the resource we have available within our team and our web development agency Kin and Carta.

Prioritisation of requests takes place at 10am every Monday. All requests are reviewed and allocated to a team member within our sprint prioritisation session.

If urgent and the request is required to be completed within the next 2 weeks, please email the team  groupdigital_supportrequest@nfumutual.co.uk

Following the session we'll contact you confirming who will be handling your request and next steps, these will be as follows:

A) If a simple request such as a content change on an existing webpage or QR code creation the team will confirm when the work will be complete.
B) For the requests requiring more consultation to ensure an optimal digital customer journey, the team member will schedule a meeting to discuss the brief and timings.
C) If support from the Digital Insights team is required a member of the Digital Performance team will to flag this and brief a new request to that team in our Tuesday Group Digital prioritisation meeting.
