About
Your new online account is an easy and convenient way to manage your home insurance products with NFU Mutual.
With an online account, you can:
- Go ‘paperless’ for the policies you manage within your online account.
- Review your renewal and accept and pay for it online.
- View, download or print your policy documents at any time.
And in future, you’ll be able to make certain changes to your policy online, such as adding or removing optional covers, and view and accept any new home insurance quotes.
Who can register?
To start with, only NFU Mutual Home Insurance policy numbers starting with 108 can be managed online. We’ll gradually be rolling the online account out across more of our products, including motor and equine insurance policies. We’ll let you know when you have a policy that can be managed online.
You can register for an online account if any of the following apply:
- Your NFU Mutual Home Insurance policy number starts with 108.
- You received an invitation to register for an online account with your renewal documents.
- You have received an NFU Mutual Home Insurance quote via email.
My Investments users: if you hold NFU Mutual Select Investments products and are registered for My Investments, you cannot access My Investments through this online account. You should log in to your My Investments account in the usual way.
How to register
When you register for your online account, we’ll ask you to enter your email address, date of birth and postcode.
For security reasons, the email address you enter when registering must be the same email address that we hold for you. You also need to have previously provided us with your mobile or landline number.
