NFU Mutual named as first UK-based company to be recognised as a Gallup Exceptional Workplace for ten consecutive years
We’ve been recognised as a world-leader in employee engagement every year since 2015, and this year we did so with a Distinction.
We’re delighted to share that NFU Mutual has been named as a ‘Gallup Exceptional Workplace 2025’ not only for 10 years in a row, but also with a distinction. The award recognises the world’s best companies when it comes to employee engagement, with NFU Mutual first winning the award in 2015.
Gallup measured the engagement of employees in 347 companies across 90 countries, with only the top 1% of companies receiving the Exceptional Workplace Award. The top companies are those proven to engage, value and empower their employees.
Kenny Graves, HR Director at NFU Mutual, explained the importance of the Award:

The Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award is based on a comprehensive Gallup engagement survey devised by workplace scientists and experts, which is administered to employees in organisations across the world.
